Tamil Nadu continues to implement targeted regulatory reforms, to simplify compliance burden and enhance ease of operations for businesses. Some of the key reforms undertaken to support faster project execution.
Guidance's dedicated Projects Excellence team assists investors in identifying suitable land parcels and facilitates expeditious clearances across departments to ensure timely project implementation and uninterrupted business operations.
The State further supports investors by offering a range of industrial land and infrastructure options - including long-term leases, built-to-suit developments, ready-to-occupy plug-and-play facilities, and flexible factory spaces, across both government and private industrial parks.

Guidance Tamil Nadu coordinated with various State Government Departments for implementation of Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) mandates given by Department of Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Government of India.

The State Government’s initiative to simplify the planning permission process through self-certification for industrial buildings, along with the reduction in consent timelines by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, clearly demonstrates a strong commitment to Ease of Doing Business. Compliance reduction and regulatory reforms are taking place, and these measures will significantly accelerate project implementation and enable industries to expand operations with confidence in Tamil Nadu.
